Crepes are my all time favorite. I love dessert crepes, fruity crepes, savory crepes...any good crapes that are done right will make me happy. More than ten years ago, during my stay in Tokyo, Japan for a year, I found, to my surprise, "the ultimate crepes" and I had crepes every day. It's amazing how Japanese pastries are so beautifully executed with such wonderful flavor and balance. Anyways, here is a crepe cake with dulce de leche cream, and chantilly cream, which sure will be a showstopper for a dinner party or even a great alternative dessert for a thanksgiving dinner for those who wants something special rather than traditional pumpkin pies.
